Step 1: Initial Visual Inspection & Pre-Screening

Upon receipt from our manufacturing partners, each batch of items is first subjected to a preliminary visual inspection. This step involves checking for any obvious and major defects, such as incorrect item type, significant color discoloration, or apparent physical damage. Items that fail this initial screening are immediately separated for return to the supplier, preventing them from entering the main QC line.

Step 2: Dimensional Accuracy Check (Size)

Precision is paramount. Our team uses calibrated tools and standard measurement charts to verify that every garment's dimensions (e.g., chest width, sleeve length, hem length) perfectly match the specifications listed on the product page. For non-apparel items, dimensions are cross-checked to ensure they fit their intended purpose and packaging. Even a minor deviation is flagged, and the item is rejected.

Step 3: Color and Print Fidelity Assessment

We know that color is a critical factor in your purchasing decision. Under standardized lighting conditions, our inspectors compare the actual product against the master color sample and the digital images on our website. We assess the item for color fastness, vibrancy, and consistency across the entire product. For printed or embroidered items, we check for clarity, placement, and the absence of smudges or misalignments.

Step 4: Stitching and Construction Integrity

Durability is examined at the seams. Inspectors meticulously examine the quality of stitching throughout the product. We look for:
